Warranty

The company guarantees its calcium batteries against manufacturing defects for 12 months for passenger cars and 8 months for trucks, tractors, and buses.

The customer is entitled to replace the battery with a new one only if it has a manufacturing defect, provided that the indicator on the battery is green and there is a manufacturing defect.

The warranty becomes invalid and the battery is considered out of warranty in the following cases:

  • The battery indicator is white.
  • The warranty card is missing.
  • The warranty card does not match the battery.
  • The box is cracked or damaged externally.
  • There is a fault in the car’s electrical system.
  • The data on the battery is erased.
  • Attempted repairs outside of the company.
  • The battery is not securely installed in its place in the car.
  • A fault in the car’s charging system.

Important Guidelines:

  • The battery must be securely installed in its place.
  • It is essential to check the car's charging devices.
  • Keep the battery clean from the outside and ensure the connection terminals are maintained.
