Warranty
The company guarantees its calcium batteries against manufacturing defects for 12 months for passenger cars and 8 months for trucks, tractors, and buses.
The customer is entitled to replace the battery with a new one only if it has a manufacturing defect, provided that the indicator on the battery is green and there is a manufacturing defect.
The warranty becomes invalid and the battery is considered out of warranty in the following cases:
- The battery indicator is white.
- The warranty card is missing.
- The warranty card does not match the battery.
- The box is cracked or damaged externally.
- There is a fault in the car’s electrical system.
- The data on the battery is erased.
- Attempted repairs outside of the company.
- The battery is not securely installed in its place in the car.
- A fault in the car’s charging system.
Important Guidelines:
- The battery must be securely installed in its place.
- It is essential to check the car's charging devices.
- Keep the battery clean from the outside and ensure the connection terminals are maintained.
